Meet the Maker

A little warmth. A little wonder. A whole lot of yarn.

Hearth and Hatchling grew from my love of yarn and the magical things it can become.

You may have first known my little shop as Yarn Born Mythical Creatures. Those mythical friends are still part of my story, but I’m expanding my creations to include baby blankets, child-friendly pieces, and more handmade comforts.

The new name brings those two sides together: the warmth of a hearth and the wonder of something just hatched. It’s a home for cozy everyday pieces and creations with a little fantasy woven in.

Whether you’re choosing a thoughtful gift, welcoming a new arrival, or finding a mythical creature that makes you smile, thank you for being part of this next chapter.

Made with care. Inspired by wonder. Welcome to Hearth and Hatchling.
